How can I break my arm quickly first time?

Ok, let me just say before everyone starts a page full of nasty comments, I really need to this, for reasons I will not post on Yahoo. But lets just say if I don't break my arm or wrist pretty soon then I don't know what im going to do. I need ways which is possible for me to do in my home as I can't leave the house, also ways which will work quickly & ways that it is guaranteed to work as I otherwise could not explain the bruising etc. Best Answer will get 10 points x
