how can i break my arm not painfully?

Well, my sister i think she was doing a cartwheel or front flip or something and her friend pushes her. And it was at school she went to Emergency room she said it didn't hurt. Why do you want to break your arm? If you trying to get out of something or get attention DON't iT CAN BE REAL SERIOUS. i broke my leg from jumping off the rock wall at school others did it they dared me and they were fine but i broke my leg the day before spring break had it on for 3 months. I regret it i don't feel the same and i can never stand on my left foot by its self ever again. I know sad momment. :'(
 
I don't care how you break your arm, it is going to be painful. Have some one knock you out and bash your arm with a baseball bat. The only problem when you wake up it's gonna hurt like a "sob!".
