I've been an aspiring musician since the age of 5. Now, I'm 15. I've been in choir since the fourth grade, and now as a sophomore I'm in an all-girls auditioned choir. I've been writing songs since the age of nine, and some are quite good. I've got a bluesey-jazz ballad kind of style. I've been in all of the plays and musicals last year, and this year I have the starring role in the play. I live in a very small town, about 10,000 people max, maybe less, without many opportunities. I'm going to audition for American Idol, but right now I'm too young for that . . . Any suggestions in how I can get noticed and signed?
