How can I boot up my PC? No safe mode?

I can't boot my PC to even a DOS prompt. The only changes I made was a download of BitZipper and now and I can't boot my PC in any level of Safe Mode, or last known Configs, the Hard Disk Recovery won't work, and even adjustments to the BIOS didn't work. I'm running XP Home and I don't have a boot disk or a recovery disk/installation disk. It just keeps looping between the PC start-up and the Windows error message. The recovery option yields a blue screen that varies from registry issues to an acpi.sys STOP error. PLEASE HELP!
 
Sorry Dude, It is time to reinstall the OS. There is no recovering from this! If you can't get into Safe mode or DOS there is no hope!
