I'm 30 yrs old, 5'4" and 175lbs. I have been killing myself at the gym for months, but the weight loss is going very very slowly. It seriously is taking me an average of 3-4 weeks to lose 1 lb. I'm running a lot, sprints some days, distance other days (20-30 minutes) plus 3-4 days of lifting/strength training. I'm also hypothyroid, but controlled, which I know has something to do with it, but come ON! This is so frustrating! I'm even considering starting hydroxycut or something which I know is bad for ppl with thyroid problems, but I don't know what else to do. At this rate it will take me 4 years to reach my goal weight! Help!
