I was considering cutting back on my food intake in order to save money (only temporarily, maybe a month or two).
This would consist of cutting out breakfast and lunch (I'd rather cut out lunch and dinner, but it's not possible). I'm aware that this is going to have an extreme effect on my metabolism and I'm going to feel like utter crap in the meantime.
I was wondering how I could best ramp my metabolism back to how it was prior to doing this stunt before gaining TONS of weight. I currently weigh 245 at 6'1, and I don't exercise as often as I should -- and I could be eating healthier (I don't get all of my veggies and fruits in and I tend to eat fast food often, though it's of the healthier assortment: Flame Broiler & Subway.)
I know I'm going to have to start slow... I'm willing to do what it takes -- I'm doing this regardless of safety, I need this money NOW.
