How can I boost my energy levels? Constatnly tierd?

I Sleep really well, and when I have to go to work, I start my shift @ 9am as soon as I walk into the office, I struggle to keep my eyes opened! I always have breakfast! So I don't understand! At first I thought it was because I was slightly emotional (guy problems) so I started to go gym before my shift to give me a kick start to the day and realease stress but unfortunately it hasn't worked! This feeling has been on going for a week now! And I hate the feeling! I don't want to be drinking redbull or coffee or take drugs to stmulate myself. Any suggestions as to what this can be or how to treat it? Iv had my iorn levels checked and there supposedly fine.
