After a long day of school (and ours is longer than average because of budget cuts...) I have soccer practice, and by time we do our warm-up laps and routines, I'm exhausted. We have a new coach and he is strict, I want to prove myself to him but I don't have much enthusiasm or energy left by then.
How can I boost my energy before practice (in a HEALTHY way) ?
And no, I can't get any more sleep (I get about 6 hours), I eat a full lunch (I even bring my own and sometimes snack during my last class on some chips or a banana), and I don't drink energy drinks.

, but I already have a pretty healthy diet and drink 2 or more bottles of water a day. There's always room for improvement.
