I'm in middle school and I'm pretty shy and won't say anything much in groups with my friends. I always see everyone asking one of their friends a question and I keep thinking to myself how do they think of that question that leads to a conversation? I can't think of anything to say and it's hard to be a little outgoing 
I have friends and I like talking to them but I just don't know how to start at conversation or anything please help cause I wanna be a little more social and outgoing. I'm 13 if that helps and in 7th. Thanks in advance
