How can I boost my academic confidence and my self confidence?

Ok, well I am 13. I always do well in tests but before them I just get so nervous and panicky and I go round telling everyone that I'm going to fail just to relieve the pressure I guess, and when I do do well I feel great obviously but then when it comes to the next test I feel alot of pressure to perform the same again because I think everyone expects me to! I always put myself down even if I get A*, like I got an A* in my RS test recently and I still feel as if I couldn't do that well again! Every time I do a test I feel so scared like Im about to fail, then I do really well, but I can't deal with that feeling anymore, and I am starting my GCSE'S next year and I just want to sort out my confidence because I can't deal with it:'(.
