I have a guy friend that's fairly skinny - one of those boys that are like sticks. Even though he works out a lot he doesn't have much thick muscle. Where as I, a girl, have worked out since I was a kid is pretty toned and bulked in my arms. I was arm wrestling him and he lost which happens with most of the guys I know. But I made a comeback about how he couldn't even beat me in an arm wrestle, and he replied with me being very manly. I wasn't exactly offended, just concerned that I might've hurt his self-confidence after all the exercise he does and the arm wrestling. How can I boost it?
