How Can I Block Access To My Wireless Internet Network From Other Computers

In The House? Someone just moved into our house and we want to block our internet access from this person, this person is underage and we do not want them to use the internet through their laptop. I have set up WEP security, but this person accesses the internet and does not get prompted for the password. It's weird because when I reset our router, I get prompted for the password, all the other computers in the house don't. Can anyone help me? Thanks.
