How can I become successful on youtube? (iPhone gaming related.)?

I'm building a website and for iPhone gaming and I wanted to get my site started from youtube. I read plenty of guides to improve my videos, but I still need help getting people to watch them. I don't have the funds to promote on youtube right now. Any advice.
