I'm currently enrolled in community college for the fall and plan to transfer. I need to know how to become more focused, get better grades, and get into a 4-year school for a small amount of money. I have basically no financal means to pay for school and I am ineligble for federal aid. How can I be "competitive" , and earn scholarships and aid?
