i play soccer, run track, and race mountain bikes. whenever it is game or race time, i am always nervous.. never really excited. although i can do well in my races, ive never won and i always am OK with second/ third/ fourth etc best.. as long as i feel that i tried. i feel like i'm not using all of my potential, and people always say that i look "relaxed" when i play/ race. i am wondering if anyone knows any tricks/ techniques to getting "fired up", agressive, and 'in the zone'?
