I am a 13. I am excellent at sports, basketball, football, and track. I am one of the fastest and also smartest kids in my school. But some things that have come up on me is my strength. I am very active and play outside every day. I dont sit on the couch watching TV or play video games. Everyone thinks I am very strong and can take people down, but I am actually weak. I am in great shape physically and mentally. I run daily and have a good diet. But I can not seem to get stronger! I try working out with my weight systems, and push ups, etc. but I can never actually keep on doing my exercises for longer than 5 days. So I really dont become any stronger. I need to find a way that I can workout healthy and become stronger and keep it up for a LONG time. Any hints and tricks on how to become stronger and keep it up, as well has HOW to become stronger and good work out technics. Thanks!
