how can i beat red easily?

I really want to beat red in pokemon soul silver to get the kanto and hoenn starters.

If you are going to say train please give me a simple and quick way

my pokemon are:

typhlosion lv 70

ho-oh lv 70

dragonair lv 45

lugia lv 54

ampharos lv 48 or i might be switching him with zaptos lv 50

snorlax lv 50
