How can I be ready and less winded for tomorrow?

Tomorrow Im trying out for my school soccer team, again. I was on the team last year, but we have a new coach so Im worried. I haven't really ran much this summer, but I have practiced soccer. Yesterday, I did a jog for 30 minutes straight without getting winded at all, and tomorrow I want to be the fastest and not want to throw up, so what are some things I can do that to help me? Last year i was third fastest and the first two fastest have moved so I should be fastest, but Im worried about the new kids coming in. helpppp! :(
