how can i ask to be Home schooled?

i want to be homeschooled because of the way public schools are im sick of it and this year i ended up in a group of people who party all the time drink and stuff but i dont and they call me a loser cause i dont but i would rather been in control than "cool" so anyways my school is sooooo smalll and i have been friends with everyone im not exaggerating, but my mom wont even give me the time of day she says ill be lazy and stuff how do i get her to let me do it ive begged and begged i just need how to get my mom tto let me
