how can i argue with someone?

i don't have a proper reason right now,but that person really annoys me.ideas please.
i know that person is very arrogant and anyway, has lots of disadvantages but i can't go to her and say: "Hi, you are an idiot".
i lost one perfect moment one month ago when she said to a friend i was stupid, but i cannot have a fight with her for this old reason. so please give some ideas how could i annoy her.please.
 
do something you know she hates or the other way round, then when she starts getting all up in your face rip out her pancreas
 
tell her u heard a rumour that she was sleeping around with ur bf (if u dnt have a bf or r too youung, then say that she called u a whore) MAKE PREETEENDDD
 
wait until the next time she really pisses you off, then ask "why do you always do retarded things like...
 
get her picture and somehow put it in movie maker and put her face on a fat body or something and put it on youtube
 
make a rumour to her face like 'oh my gosh, why are you spreading that im a slut for' and shell deny it and you go 'dont deny it, just say it to my face you arrogant b*tch!' if she says it hit her, and if she doesnt, push past her, hoping for a reaction
