residency without a lawyer? My husb has overstayed his visa for 8 yrs in USA and we been married for 7 months,I want to apply for him to stay in USA and get his permenant residency what is the proccess for this?CAN HE STAY IN USA????do I need a lawyer?or can we do this on our own we are short of money for a lawyer thanks!
