I really don't want to have myself identified to the company I work with. However its only been close to 2 weeks working there and I have 24 burns already. about 17 of them are down my right arm from piping hot metal we work by, the others are from having to change and filter 450 degree grease without letting it cool down at all, and with no gloves to protect from burns or other sensible and reasonable items. I burn myself every time I work it seems although I am being extremely careful, and it makes it so hard to do my job being burned and handling hot food.
Grease has also gone into my eyes actually, all they tell us to do is use a rag which does nothing but soak up hot grease and burn us anyway.
