How can I add Wordpress posts to external website or HTML files?

Hello everyone,

All I want to know is HOW do I embed my Wordpress post into the homepage of my website?

Is there a RSS feed generator that will allow my Wordpress post to automatically show up?

I've read articles on MYSQL php configuration for Wordpress but I got lost. Right now my blog is on wordpress.com, hosted by them..not on my own.

Any resources, videos or tutorials would be great. Thanks
