how can I add new contact/people to existing chat conf in yahoo! messanger in MAC OSX?

I am unable to find the option to add a new person in an existing conference in Yahoo! messanger's MAC version.

This is really irritating, everytime i have to ask some windows fellow in conf to invite others. Please help
