How can I add music to my "My Photos" on myspace?

All I want to know, is how to put music in a caption on one of my pictures on myspace. So that when you click the album, music plays.
I've already tried uploading the mp3 and using the code, <bgsound src="URL" loop="-1"> but everytime I use this, the caption always turns into, ".."
And help?
