how can i add flash in swf to my website?

i create a website with dreamweaver 8 and i want to add a streaming video of about 2 mins to the site. i have camstudio that i use to create the video,in swf but anytime i try to preview the recorded video i dont see anything but only the voice i hear.
1.will i host the site before i can see the video
2. how can i add the video that my customers will be able to watch the video anywhere with adobe flash
