How can I accomplish a career as a Translator with the most financial help...

...and study abroad for it? I want to become a Japanese-English translator, and study in Japan while I do the career.
How will it work, the university can provide scholarships for full-tuition and that includes the studying abroad?

I don't know...Help me please. Im very confused,
give me as much advice as possible, anyone.
