How can I access the bluetooth menu on my ipod touch?

I've seen that iPod touch had bluetooth. Was wondering if it actually does, and if/how I can access the menu for it.
I have a Jailbroken iPod touch, and the firmware version is 4.0. I downgraded to 4.0 so I could jailbreak it (It was at 4.0.2)
So how can I do this.
