My boyfriend is 19 years old and has a full time job. He didn't graduate from high school but is working to get his GED. He is a very motivated person and wants to open a recreation center. Kind of a place for kids to go after school. He even wants to offer tutoring. How can he make this idea a reality? And what tools does he need to get started? Please help!
