As an extrovert, you'll have no problem in the business world going out and "networking" - which is extremely important for success. You have to get out there, be seen and see.
With respect of unable to agree on something I suggest what you mean is for you to meet someone in the middle, part way (whatever). Having said that, to agree and/or to mean seal a business deal would be in relation to business sense and what is good for you. Nothing to do with agreeing, HOWEVER, sometimes in business you have to agree to give something in order to get. You will just have to come to some maturity level and know when this is good for success and when not.
