...stuff on their heads? I say Asian not out of racism,but because I have seen white,black belts in Karate for example and non of them could break anything other than a Chocolate bunny on their heads to be honest.

yet you see Asian kids with Black belts in whatever smashing big metal polls on their heads,it's rather amazing.How the hell do they do it? :L
 
It doesn't have to do with the person.
In asia there are many martial arts schools and the training is more intense.
Masters there have their martial art as a way of life and not as a way to beat up people.
A white guy can do the same if taught properly
