How can a 19 year old transfer student with wealthy parents get financial aid?

I've been at a community college and I'm about to transfer to a liberal arts college I've been wanting to go to for countless years now. I started out at a large university (30,000+ students) and absolutely hated it so I dropped out and went to the community college. Well now that it's come time for me to transfer my parents have informed me that unless I go back to the school I dropped out of, they won't pay my tuition. It's like a legacy thing, my grandpa went there, my dad went there, my brother's about to graduate from there, but I'm the polar opposite of them in every way and the school is a horrible fit for me but my dad won't listen. He says he paid for my brother to go to a nice school and that he wouldn't throw his money away on a liberal arts college.

Well there's no way in hell I'm going back to the university. It's a top public university that's full of the snobbiest elitist losers I've ever met. I had one guy tell me the apartment complex I lived in was "the slums across the street". Not to mention the town is one giant ghetto, I was walking downtown one night alone (I'm a guy so I figured I'd be okay) and a random hobo pops out of an alleyway and points at his crotch and asks if I need a ride. It's kinda funny to think about it now, but even so I don't want to spend the next few years of my life in a town full of creepers and snobs.

The only problem is I've never had a job and I have no experience and no real discernible skills, so I can't get a job. Believe me, I've been trying for months. I can't get financial aid because my parents make too much money and the only way I can be considered independent is to either be married or be 23 (I think that's the age) so right now I'm just sort of screwed. I have good grades (a 3.5 gpa) but not good enough to get a substantial scholarship.

What are some ways I can manage to pay my tuition? As I said, finding a job is practically impossible where I live and I have no money saved.
