how can a 16 years get married since she is pregnent and she being held through

the depart of child health? my sister who pregnant and due in oct would like to marry her baby father because after she gives birth she can get her baby taken a way from her. i am her oldest sister 33 years old and would like to take her in but my parents can not and will not give in there rights?
 
Why would her baby be taken away from her? Even though she's underage she will be considered an emancipated minor when it comes to matters concerning her child. No one can take her child away from her (including your parents) unless she has been mistreating or neglecting the child in which case CPS would get involved.

Since she's only 16 she can't get married without your parents' permission.
