how burn iso image to dvd???

recently ,i have downloaded a torrent(full name-Metal_Gear_Solid_2_USA_FULL_DVD_PS2-RsiSO)...when downloading finshed i opened the folder and i found many .rar files....but i think this is an image file...how to make this into a image file and burn it into dvd???

plzzz answer
 
First off, youll need a modded ps2, then you can download Power Iso or DVD Decrypter or MagicISO all do the same thing witch is write the file,
