How big of a fool would you make of yourself,for the one you desire?

I mean have you ever gone to an extreme for the one you wanted to make yours..,or did it come easily to you?
Well my situation is after being divorced for 2 years finally tried to get back out there,those dinner dates friends were trying to set me up on weren't working nor were bars and clubs,so tried internet dating sites and out of the blue saw someone who knocked my world upside down i emailed but never heard back yet been nearly two weeks,i guess i am old enough to know better and move on,but if you feel something so strong would you put yourself out there again and try even though you more than likely are making a fool or yourself?lol i want to email again.i do need an objective opinion should i leave it alone i mean from a man's point of view would this look stupid,if he wanted me he should be the one chasing me correct?

if you've already sent an email, don't follow up with another if he hasn't responded..
be confident in yourself, just cause one doesn't answer doesn't mean they all won't.
try meeting people in the real world too, you get to see their facial expressions and body gesture if they're into you or not.. oh, and i mean meet them on your own.. not let your friends set you up

meeting ppl thru friends doesn't let you be yourself cause you feel you have to live up to some standards..
