how big is the apple ipad...don't give me a link to their sight?

i know the sight says (.7-inch (diagonal) LED-backlit glossy widescreen Multi-Touch display with IPS technology) but that is refering to the screen while the picture from apple refers to the screen and border and it says 9.56 in. diagonal and 7.47in. horizontal so is it 9.7 in with or without border
i meant site note sight
