How big does my fish tank have to be?

I wanted to know how many litres a tank has to be for it to hold 5-10 goldfish.( the goldfish wil be about 3-4cm goldfish.) can i have it in litres NOT gallons please!!!
 
all goldfish grow bigger than that most grow just under 2 feet

so the rule is

for commons/comets:

200 litres for the first and 80 for each additional

for fancys:

80 litres for the first and 40 for each additional
