How big a performance boost can I expect from a ReadyBoost enabled USB drive?

I'm running Vista on a dual-core PC with 4Gb of 800MHz RAM (not overclocked). I have a 10,000rpm hard drive for the OS and the main applications. The only processor/memory intensive thing I use it for is playing games. How big of a performance boost could I expect from a ReadyBoost enabled USB drive?

I was considering this one, although it may be overkill:

Any comments on good ones to get would be appreciated. Thanks!
