I'm 3 weeks pregnant and I drink a lot of coffee 10-14 cups a day - I had about 10 cups of coffee yesterday and plan to only allow myself 9 today - but I am cutting down. I'm cutting out one cup a day so it's not a huge shock to my system. When I started cutting down I was drinking about 16 cups a day.
How badly will too much coffee affect my unborn baby?
