How bad is to drink 80ml of red wine per day for a person who has a healthy/active...

...lifestyle? Hello,

I have a dilemma. I go to the gym almost every day because I like to keep myself active and I also follow a diet to be on shape. Other hand I like to drink a little of red wine at home to release stress.

I know studies demonstrated red wine in moderation is healthy but on the other hand I know people who take seriously a healthy/active lifestyle and do not drink any (even a small amount) of alcoholic drinks.

I would appreciate if you can answer my question and/or give your opinion/experience on this.
