how bad is the ford 6.0 diesel motor?

im looking at a f250 with a 6.0 motor and want to know if i should pass on it and only get a 7.3 diesel. Or is the v10 ok?
im going to use it for day to day use mostly, i have a small boat and want a trailer eventually. nothing crazy heavy and not very often.
 
they are great actually....but u will need to get a 04 or later...the early models had bad issues......

also depends on what ur gonna use it for......if towing a lot or heavy amount the 7.3 will b better.....but for normal driving and or light towing the 6.0 is better.......
