How bad is cheesecake, I understand it is cake and contains a large amount of calories, but how does it affect your body in terms of long term health. For example, my friend told me that it can cause strokes and heart attacks.

its good just don't eat it all the time. You'll only get a stroke or heart attack if you are very unhealthy, eat it all the time, or f you are scared of it.
