I was diagnosed as having repetitive strain injury two days ago and it has bothered me for nearly 3months now and its getting progressively worse, I work in a call centre and because im a Temporary employee I cant have have workstation changed or adjusted in any way. I am currently taking a mix oIbuprofenen anparacetamolsls but cant continue taking them past 3weeks what else can I do? apart from getting a new job.
