How awful do you feel when you realize that someone looks down on you?

I just found out last night that my best friend looks down on me because i am not in her "range" and i feel so down now. She has changed ever since she got to know this guy and married him.
Hahha that's funny. What i mean is that someone who brings you down and feels that he/she is inferior :)
