I don't have a very solid idea of how they go.. I've watched a few on Youtube, but they either seem to be of an extremely rowdy kind, or a patient, orderly kind.. I am supposed to recreate a debate in Parliament in the late 18th century, so did any changes occur to alter the debate proceedings since the 1700's, or was it largely the same as it now?
How are/were debates in English Parliament held?
