My closing is in 2 weeks on 7/25 and currently the property is vacant as its a corporate owned property. I have couple of questions about the utility bills.
1. Do I need to call water,electricity providers ahead of time before my closing and put my names in the utility bills ?
2. Do they start the billing cycle for me in my name from the 7/25 closing date ?
3. If I get any utility or other bills after I get into the property which are related to prior date of me moving in(7/25), what should I do about them ? Do I have to contact the seller about this or all of these are taken care during closing ?
