How are non-East Asian characters depicted in manga?

Of course, I've seen East Asian cartoon people such as Ash Ketchum everywhere in manga, and I may have seen a Caucasian person in "Ghost in the Shell", but are whites, blacks, and South Asians/Indians ever graphically depicted in manga?

I would be highly curious to see what they look like!
