how are my midterms 10 percent of my midyear grade?

okay so my midterms are 10 percent of my midyear grade and i was just wondering how much it would affect me. okay so this is in my economics class: first term 83, second term 80, midyear 82 average. say i get a 65 or a 75 on my midterm. what would my final grade be.
