J Joe New member May 25, 2010 #1 I have 2 DUI's in state "x", and 1 DUI in state "y". Will state "y" count it as 3 DUI's, or is it just counted as my first DUI in that state? By the way I quit drinking 9 years ago. Just want to know how it will show on my record. Thanks.
