how am I suppose to pay my Bell cell phone?

New member
My first bill never made to my house. It was late and they now dont allow me to make any calls! I went to a bell store and they won taccept my money! they say either a credit card (which i dont have) or at the bank which will take 3-5 days to process. WTF?! DONT THEY WANT OUR MONEY? I MEAN TALK ABOUT MAKING THINGS INCONVENIENT!
